Break and enter results in charges against Canora resident

On February 23 at 6:52 p.m. Canora RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter in the town of Canora. A male forced entry into the home and assaulted a female inside the residence, stated an RCMP release.

On February 23 at 6:52 p.m. Canora RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter in the town of Canora. 

A male forced entry into the home and assaulted a female inside the residence, stated an RCMP release. The victim was able to fight the male off and ran to a neighbouring residence where she called 911. The male was later located by police and arrested. The male is known to the victim and was subsequently charged.

Jason Ludba, of Canora, is charged with: break and enter, assault, criminal harassment, mischief and uttering threats.

Ludba has been remanded into custody and was scheduled to make his first court appearance in Yorkton Provincial Court on February 25, concluded the release.
