East Coast acoustic musicians to perform in Canora

As part of the 2019/20 Stars for Saskatchewan Concert Series, Earle and Kirby will be in concert on October 24 at Canora Composite School, presented by the Canora Arts Council.

Canadian blues/roots artists Nick Earle and Chris Kirby will be performing at the Canora Composite School on October 24. The concert is a presentation of the Canora Arts Council.

As part of the 2019/20 Stars for Saskatchewan Concert Series, Earle and Kirby will be in concert on October 24 at Canora Composite School, presented by the Canora Arts Council.

Nick Earle and Chris Kirby deliver a high energy acoustic blues/roots show filled with high level guitar playing and soulful vocals, which not only pays respect to the Mississippi Delta, but also paves a new road for blues music in the 21st century, according to a release.

Between the two, they have won numerous Canadian Folk Music Awards, ECMAs (East Cost Music Association), Music NL (Newfoundland) Awards and have collected a multitude of nominations from the Maple Blues awards and more, concluded the release.
