The first day of business for the new Canora Dental Office, located on First Street West, was April 9.

Town of Canora council members and the Canora Economic Development Committee toured the Canora Dental Clinic on April 11, said Brandi Zavislak, community development officer.

“On behalf of the Town of Canora, council members presented the dental staff with a token of appreciation for opening the new dental practice,” said Zavislak. “The council and EDC members were very impressed with the new facility. Canora Dental is an important service not only for Canora but for all of the surrounding communities as well.

“There has been a significant need for dental services in the area for many years and I am delighted to say that we now have such an important service in our community,” said Zavislak. The practice is accepting new patients.
