Devin Mutschler of Beckie Hydrogeologists met with council to discuss concerns regarding the development of an intensive livestock operation in the Rural Municipality of Keys and any potential effects on Canora’s water well field.

Michelle Bailey and Sylvia Henheffer of Century 21 met with council to present information regarding a proposed 12-unit condominium development in Canora.

Council tabled the request of Lola Kashmark to amend the zoning bylaw to allow campgrounds in a residential district.

Council agreed to permanently restrict through access in the back lane that runs east from Fourth Street to the Co-op Store, effective immediately.

Council agreed to contribute $125 to the Parkland Amateur Radio Club for 2018.

Council agreed to adopt the Asset Management Policy. 

Council authorized the chief administrative officer to proceed under The Tax Enforcement Act to acquire 18 property titles.

A bylaw to enter into a well rehabilitation agreement was introduced, given three readings and adopted.
