REGINA — Saskatchewan is reporting 56 new cases of COVID-19 — one of its lowest daily counts in months.
Data collected by the Ministry of Health shows the last time the province dipped below 60 new daily infections was in November.
Health officials say the seven-day average for new daily cases is 146.
The province has also reported that another three residents who were 60 and older have died from the virus.
There are 165 people in hospital, with 17 patients receiving intensive care.
To date, the province says it has given about 63,000 vaccinations.
